Join us June 15th for a special opportunity to collaborate with celebrated Native American artist, Lillian Pitt (Warm Springs/Wasco/Yakama). Pitt will guide participants through the creative process in adorning her highly-collected ceramic masks in a variety of materials as she shares in-depth about her background and approach to mask-making and her artistic practice.

- 20% off all of Lillian’s works on-site including sterling silver jewelry, ceramic mask pins, painted wooden “Star People “
- Receive a professional portrait with your mask by photographer Dennis Maxwell
The workshop is limited to 20 participants. Registration fee is $50 cash or check with all proceeds going to Lillian Pitt, and includes all needed materials and some light refreshments.
In addition, Lillian Pitt’s friends and trusted dressmakers for over 30 years will be holding a fabric sale. Elisabeth Gillem and Ann Williamsen have an extraordinary collection of fabrics, now for sale as Elisabeth has recently retired.
There is no fee to browse and purchase fabrics from Gillem and Williamsen.

About the Artists:
Lillian Pitt is one of the most highly regarded Native American artists in the Pacific Northwest. Born on the Warm Springs Reservation in Oregon, she is a descendent of Wasco, Yakama, and Warm Springs people. Primarily a sculptor and mixed media artist, Pitt’s lifetime of works include artistic expressions in clay, bronze, wearable art, prints, and most recently, glass. Her works have been exhibited and reviewed regionally, nationally, and internationally, and she has been the recipient of numerous awards and distinctions, including the 2007 Earle A. Chiles Award for Lifetime Achievement and the 1990 Governor’s Award of the Oregon Arts Commission.
Jolene A. Pitt works primarily with beads and also weaves. She followed her traditional arts as a child in Warm Springs, Oregon and continues the traditions of her grandmother. She is a Clatsop, Nehalem, Tillamook descendent on her paternal side and Warm Springs, Yakama, Wasco on her maternal side. Formally, she is enrolled in the Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs, Oregon.
